For the second year straight, Xerox has been named a best employer in Canada for 2020 by Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This prestigious award is a national competition to determine which employers lead their industry in offering exceptional workplaces for their employees. The award, which measures key aspects of the employee experience, such as physical workplace and atmosphere, social engagement, employee communications and community involvement, is celebrating its 20th anniversary. More than 10,000 companies were invited to compete this year.
“Our strategy and execution delivered a strong third quarter despite industry headwinds. We increased cash flows, earnings per share and adjusted operating margin while we improved the revenue trend. These results give us confidence to raise our earnings and cash flow guidance for the year as we position Xerox for long-term growth.” - Xerox Vice Chairman and CEO, John Visentin
