DALLAS –  Xerox (NYSE: XRX) is helping health insurance carriers prepare to participate in Health Insurance Exchanges (HIXs), making it easier for the nearly 25 million new members that will be using these online portals to comparison shop for health plans within the next 10 years. HPS offers Go-To-Exchange™, an integrated, end-to-end solution that meets insurers’ technical and administrative demands of participating in multiple state exchanges. Xerox will help members navigate the online portal and will answer plan-related questions by providing customer care and communication services.
